Actress Asin Thottumkal, who turned 29 Sunday, is currently on a break in Paris to have a quiet birthday with family and friends.<br /><br />“Asin left with her family recently on a global trip. She was in New York last week and will join her friends today (Sunday) in Paris to celebrate her birthday. She plans to have a low-key birthday celebration,” a source close to the actress told media.<br /><br />A popular actress in southern filmdom, Asin shifted base to Bollywood with Aamir Khan-starrer Ghajini in 2008. Since then she’s worked in Hindi films such as London Dreams, Ready, Housefull 2, Khiladi 786 and Bol Bachchan.<br /><br />She’s currently shooting for Umesh Shukla’s All Is Well with Abhishek Bachchan

According to early estimates, the Farah Khan directorial, which stars Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Boman Irani, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah collected approximately Rs 38 crore on its first Saturday (Day 2).The film raked in Rs 44.97 crore on day 1. And after looking at the day 2 business, the movie now stands with a total of Rs 82.97 crore at the domestic box office.<br /><br />Like always, Diwali has certainly proved to be super lucky for SRK, which is quite clear from its two day business.<br /><br />According to a report on a portal, HNY remained rock solid in multiplexes at the urban centers such as Mumbai, Gujarat and Delhi-NCR regions.<br /><br />Happy New Year is clearly making it to the 100 crore club in three days looking at its pace.
