Homi Adajania’s next directorial venture Finding Fanny
will hit the theaters next month. Starring Deepika Padukone, Arjun
Kapoor, Naseeruddin Shah, Dimple Kapadia and Pankaj Kapur in the lead,
this film has managed to create great buzz courtesy its interesting trailer which released not too long ago. In fact, Finding Fanny is one film which movie goers shouldn’t miss but have the makers incorporated equally interesting music? Let’s find out….

Fanny re: Composed by Mathias Duplessy, this quirky song has been sung by Rajasthani singer Mukhtiyar Ali. Fanny re is
fun song which is soothing to the ears but at the same time its very
has a very old world charm and feel to it making it although more
hummable. Its not a typical Goan song yet manages to capture its spirit.
The video is equally entertaining. What’s makes it a visual delight is
that the fact the makers have shot it candidly. No doubt, Fanny re is worth hearing!

Mahi ve: This one is the exact version of Fanny re
except that the word Fanny has been replaced by Mahi. Also, the lyrics
are bit different and the makers have used more of Punjabi words in Mahi ve. Though its a good hear, wethinks Fanny re is hands down better.

Shake your bootiya: This one is again a fun number and entertaining to the core. Its not a typical Bollywood dance number but its peppy music and hatke lyrics will surely compel you to shake your bootiya. Composed
by Sachin-Jigar and Sachin Gupta, Shake your bootiya is sung by Divya
Kumar and we must admit he has done a mighty job crooning this energetic
number. The song starts off with music but soon you hear Kumar’s voice
and from there on its an absolute mad and entertaining number till the
end. Even the video is hilarious with all the actors shaking their
booties. Obviously, we recommend Shake your bootiya to all those who love refreshing music and dancing as well.

Ding Dong: This song has been composed and
sung by Mathias Duplessy himself. Its an English number with Guitar in
the mainstay. The song starts off with music which is simple yet catchy.
You then hear Mathias whose voice is actually dumdaar. But somehow Ding Dong doesn’t quite match up to Fanny re and Shake your bootiya. Maybe coz its a bit slow compared to the other two songs. But its not that bad that you can’t hear it once.

Verdict: This album is like a breath of fresh air
thanks to the composers who haven’t stuck to the conventional path and
have dared to experiment.

Swedish-Greek actress Elli Avram, who gained popularity in India with her stint in Bigg Boss, says she will watch the new season of reality show only for it’s host and ‘good friend’ Salman Khan.

“I will try to watch it regularly but I am not going to miss the
weekend’s episodes because of Salman. Though I participated in the show
last year, as a viewer I don’t like to watch people fighting all the
time. Still I will watch it for Salman,” Elli told in an interview.

The two teasers of the reality show are already up and Salman is back as a host on Bigg Boss for the fourth time. The inmates for the show are yet to be confirmed.

The 24-year-old Mickey Virus star says she and Salman are still good friends and often meet at parties. ”Salman and I are still good friends. We meet at parties.

But I could not attend Salman’s Kick bash last month as I was on a month-long holiday. I watched the film and found it amazing,” Elli said.

Elli would be next seen on Colors’ dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa,
where she has teamed up with contestant Sophie Choudry and her
choreographer partner Deepak for an act. ”I will be on Jhalak for just
one episode with Sophie and Deepak for an act. This act would be the
part of show’s next challenge Teen Ka Tadka. Our performance is
a sensual one and I love the choreography,” she said and added, “I am
very passionate about dance. I love to express myself through this art
form.”

On Jhalak, she also met her Mickey Virus co-star Manish
Paul, who is currently hosting it with Ranvir Shorey. ”It was such a fun
to meet Manish on the show. We met after a long time. It was great
fun,” Elli said.

The actress also credited her film debut last year for making her a
popular face worldwide. Post the film, she worked on improving Hindi,
dance moves and acting. ”I can communicate in Hindi now. I am going to
sign my next project soon as I am reading few scripts and meeting
directors,” Elli said.

Apart from films, Elli has also featured on Rahat Fateh Ali Khan’s upcoming album Back 2 Love. The album will be released on August 28

Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2014: Malaika Arora Khan, Bipasha Basu and Dia Mirza sizzle on the ramp – view pics

Designer: Sonaakshi Raaj and Vikram Phadnis

Showstoppers: Malaika Arora Khan, Bipasha Basu and Dia Mirza

Our take: Malaika Arora Khan was the show stopper for designer Sonaakshi Raaj. The B-town starlet walked the ramp wearing a red fish-cut gown and as always she looked stunning.

The yummy mummy kept her hair open and stuck to minimal make-up which
worked wonders for her. In one word Arbaaz Khan’s wifey looks – HAWT!
Take a look at the pictures and we are sure you’ll agree with us. Bipasha Basu
and Dia Mirza also took the center stage and walked the ramp for
designer Vikram Phadnis. Both the beauties wore traditional outfits.
Wethinks the Bobby Jasoos producer rocked the desi avatar and
though Ms Basu looks good something seems to be missing. We dunno what
it is but Harman Baweja’s ladylove did disappoint us a bit. Of all the
three, it’s easy to figure out who gets a big thumbs up from us.

India’s reputation badshah Hey Hey Honey Singh offers manufactured his or her TELEVISION SET debut having vocal skills actuality demonstrate India’s Organic Celebrity, the 1st show that ended up being aired these days upon Celebrity Additionally. And so made it happen make an impression as well as depress? Many of us say to you… What’s the idea with regards to – Because the identify advises, your demonstrate is concerning your organic ability undetectable in this region. India’s Organic Celebrity offers kicked off of having 10 contestants who will play tunes they have created in addition to composed as well as Bollywood tunes improved of their very own vocal skills types. What makes the idea distinctive from different vocal skills actuality displays can be that in the second item, men and women play Bollywood tunes in the hope to become playback singers. This demonstrate can be judged by means of Honey Singh in addition to managed by means of ex- Great Superior champion Gauahar Khan. What’s hot – There seemed to be a moment as soon as vocal skills in addition to dance actuality displays have been regarded as a new guaranteed achievement for the modest screen. Even though show up actuality displays still handles to carry audience’s attention, most on account of your aesthetic manifestation in addition to creativity, vocal skills actuality displays conversely often have misplaced most of their particular hint. Along with not enough experimentation is probably the major causes with this. Nevertheless, IRS offers definitely managed to bust a lot of the cliches mounted on your vocal skills actuality style. Something which in turn we in person appreciated around the demonstrate can be that unlike different actuality displays, in which the audition process will involve ranking within lengthy lines, India’s Organic Celebrity carried out the 1st ever before digital only auditions. Honey Singh in addition to his or her crew scanned more than 50, 000 records, 20 % that have been by away from the region. Inside a different initial, there isn’t virtually any jury to evaluate your contestants. As an alternative, your crowd in addition to Singh may determine which benefits. This demonstrate, even as have instructed a person doesn’t contain 2 humorous hosts, that is often the tendency within different actuality displays, today. As an alternative, it’s managed by means of Gauahar, who does a new great remarkable job. A different exciting level can be that within India’s Organic Celebrity, which is a 14-week-long collection, eliminations won’t start from initial as well as 2nd full week. In fact, your demonstrate won't notice virtually any eradication in the initial a few several weeks. 5 contestants are going to be taken out specifically soon after a few assaults after which a few additional contestants are going to be selected in the auditions in addition to presented in the demonstrate. A final rounded will have a few contestants that your champion are going to be selected. Fascinating, isn’t the idea? Will probably the lady conquer most limitations and get in order to save Pyaari? Or will the lady become thwarted by Walt? View Mardaani to find out!

What’s hot:

Rani Mukerji produces the most powerful activities of your ex job inside Mardaani. The hot-headed kindle your ex enthusiasts discovered inside actor or actress inside your ex previous movies such as Mehendi, Raja Ki Aayegi Baraat and Ghulam materialises fully to be a flaming hearth inside Mardaani. An individual wouldn’t assume the particular newly-wed actor or actress to be able to roar like a lion but youngster will the girl roar deafening! Tahir Bhasin for the reason that 20 year-old Walt actively playing the particular Smashing Undesirable lover provides relaxing portrayal of an pimp and kingpin operating a great organized intercourse racket. Even though he activates with his brutally ruthless but unaltered efficiency, using moments Tahir is catagorized inside and out of his persona. Nevertheless for just a childhood to be able to enjoy any intercourse racket kingpin hasn't been only disturbing but stimulating also. Becoming solely focused on the particular Mardaani Rani, Pradeep Sarkar’s video doesn’t possess a stellar helping cast, even so the personalities fill out the particular sneakers with their respective assignments properly. Regardless of to be a video handling any sensitive difficulty such as child trafficking, the particular plot never receives way too preachy. The piece is retained as near to reality to be a body of fantastic video makes it possible for. Mardaani shows a tale we all switch through inside classifieds each day but want to dismiss. It really is Rani’s compelling efficiency which proves to be one that is tough to be able to dismiss.

What’s not:

Nevertheless getting the club the particular orgasm, Mardaani eliminates Bollywood’s common ostentation and keep accurate to its topic however it offers directly into melodrama a tad after that probably and keep the particular audience hooked for the predictable stop. One more concern there was with all the Pradeep Sarkar film had been it didn’t delve too deeply into your concern associated with trafficking from your victim’s perspective, nevertheless that has been most likely some sort of informed telephone created by the particular article author. We would have got enjoyed a little more qualifications on Walt and the reason why they grew to become some sort of pimp. The fistfight on the stop had been some sort of little tad impracticable nevertheless most of us don’t protest as the masala moviegoer inside all of us had been satisfied by it!

Final verdict:
Mardaani is a narrative that leaves you rattled and perturbed, yet it
gives you hope of a better tomorrow. If you like watching good content
and good performances on screen, go for this one!
