Sonakshi Sinha gets into an argument with her mom, Farah Khan controls the situation

 

Tonight’s episode of Farah Ki Daawat saw Sonakshi Sinha as the celebrity guest. Tonight was a special one for Sona as she was officially entering a kitchen and cooking for the first time! Boy talk about living like a princess eh? The actress revealed that she doesn’t know the “C of cooking,” to the extent of being unaware on how to make a simple beverage like Tea!But Sona was all geared up to turn the tables around for herself and walk away by learning something from tonight’s episode. To help her, host of the show Farah Khan had invited Sona’s mother Poonam Sinha, who very graciously accepted the challenge of teaching her daughter a dish or two. The maa-beti duo got to work and decided to make Sindhi Curry for tonight’s daawat. They named it ‘Sinha Sindhi Kadi.’ Creative indeed.

Things however got heated, on a literal and emotional level when Sona was seen losing her patience behind the counter and getting into an argument with her mother. Nah folks, its not what you think! Sona was seen telling her mother that she was confused on what to do and the latter asked her to pay attention.The nok jhok was infact a friendly one and was ended by Farah who asked the duo to move on from their silly banter and focus on cooking.Things ended on a positive note when some delicious looking ‘Sinha Sindhi Kadi’ was prepared and relished by Sona, her mom and Farah.

The fun element to the episode was added by popular TV actors Rithvik Dhanjai and Karan Wahi who pulled off some quirky stints in order to woo Sonakshi. The icing on the cake was Rithvik’s mimicry of Sona’s father Shatrugan Sinha. “Khamosh!” was all we could her the actor  say!

Next week will see Karan Johar as a celebrity guest who will share screen space with popular TV hunks Karanvir Bohra and Karan Tacker. Its going to rain Karans so stay tuned for the next  episode!
