Story: Brooklyn mobster and productive hit man Jimmy Conlon, once known as The Gravedigger, has abided better days. Long-term closest companion of swarm supervisor Shawn Maguire, Jimmy, now 55, is frequented by the transgressions of his past—and in addition a persistent police analyst who's been one stage behind Jimmy for a long time. Of late, it appears Jimmy's no one but comfort can be found at the base of a bourbon glass. Yet when Jimmy's alienated child, Mike, turns into a target, Jimmy must settle on a decision between the wrongdoing family he picked and the genuine family he surrendered long prior. With Mike on the run, Jimmy's repentance for his past mix-ups may be to keep his child from the same destiny Jimmy is sure he'll confront himself… at the wrong end of a weapon. Presently, with no place safe to turn, Jimmy simply has one night to make sense of precisely where his loyalties lie and to check whether he can at last make things right.
